I’ve set up my subscription but my magazine has not been delivered.
All monthly subscriber magazines are sent out at the same time via our mailing house. Depending on postcodes and varying Royal Mail service across the country it can take up to eight working days to arrive. If this time has been exceeded please contact us by email at contact@koitalk.com. We will investigate and if required we will send out a replacement copy for you.
Please note that following your first initial subscription payment at the time of setting up your account, all subscriptions are then paid on the 25th of the month, with your magazine posted the following month. If you have missed any previous issues because of this you can still buy them online in the Back Issues section of our website.
I missed some earlier copies of the magazine, can I still buy them?
Yes! All previous issues are available to buy individually on the Back Issues section of our website.
I purchased a back issue copy of the magazine but it has not arrived.
Back issue orders are managed in-house and posted via Royal Mail second class delivery. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Monday – Friday), with orders usually delivered within four working days, if not sooner. If this time has passed, then please get in touch with us by email at contact@koitalk.com and we will look into the situation. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.
My subscription payment has failed, what do I do?
There are a few issues from expired card details, insufficient funds or incorrect card and/or home details. Either way you can manage this by logging into your Koi Talk account and checking your account and payment details. If everything seems okay then drop us an email at contact@koitalk.com and we’ll be happy to help.
I can’t login to my Koi Talk account, what do I do?
When you go to login, you will see a password reminder underneath the password entry section. Simply click on this and you will be emailed a link to reset your password.
Is there a delay with the magazine?
Given recent events we do face logistical issues from time to time and in the event the magazine is delayed you will be notified via email and on social media with the estimated delivery date. Any potential delivery delay does not affect your entitlement to an issue per month as per your subscription.

When is payment taken for my subscription?
All subscription payments are processed on the 25th of each month, with the magazine dispatched the following month.
Can I use images or text from the magazine?
Any content used must be agreed in writing with Koi Talk before using. Breach of this will be subject to copyright infringements.

Do you ship Koi Talk internationally?
Previous issues of Koi Talk are available for shipping internationally. Please be aware that if you’re outside of the UK you are responsible for any customs duty and import fees on your order and these may be charged separately upon entry to your country.
