Organisers of the Great British Koi Show, being held at Newark Showground on 26 and 27 August have announced that this year they’ll be using new aeration rings provided by Aqua Aeration Systems Ltd in the Koi display vats at the show.
One of the challenges of exhibiting Koi is ensuring that they are healthy and comfortable in their show vats. This is where aeration comes into play. Aeration ensures that the water in the vats is well-oxygenated, which helps to keep the Koi healthy and happy. However, not all aeration systems are created equal, and the Great British Koi Show team has made it a priority to ensure that their aeration system is top-notch.
That’s where Aqua Aeration Systems Ltd will be providing their micro-bubble technology at the show which ensures that the water in the show vats is optimally oxygenated, this helps to keep the Koi healthy and allows attendees to see the fish in greater clarity.
Brandon Slieker, Managing Director of Aqua Aeration Systems said; “We are very excited to be supplying the new aeration systems for The Great British Koi Show 2023. We’re grateful for the opportunity to showcase our products and share our ‘innovation in aeration’.
“This year’s show promises to be bigger and better than the last, so we’re looking forward to what will undoubtedly be another amazing Great British Koi Show. We look forward to seeing you all there!”
The Great British Koi Show is organised by members of the Yorkshire Section of the British Koi Keepers Society and is now in its second year, following a popular opening event last year.
